title: Impurities, filaments, and membranes perturbing linear and non-linear Schroedinger equations.
abstract:The presentation is going to be a mix of (unavoidably partial) overview and (unavoidably biased) propaganda on the following pretty general subject: what changes do occur, what classical results do happen to fail, and what methods need be adapted or replaced in the study of well-posedness, spectral properties, long-term behaviour, and emergence as effective many-body evolution, of linear and non-linear Schroedinger and Dirac equations with additional perturbations supported on isolated points, or curves, or surfaces? |
