laude'', defending a thesis
on numerical methods for Markov chains, advisors professors D.A. Bini
and L.
Lenzini.

Mathematics
at University of Pisa, defending the thesis `Fast algorithms for
the
numerical solution of structured Markov chains'', advisor professor
D.A. Bini.
Research Interests:
Design and analysis of numerical algorithms for the solution of
problems of large dimension and with a strong structure. Particular
interest is devoted
to computational issues related to the solution of structured Markov
chains
and to nonlinear matrix equations.
